Mark Kline
For Mark Kline, the mountains are a place of both challenge and rejuvenation. An internationally certified ski instructor and Level 4 CSIA Course Conductor, Mark has skied in over a dozen countries and successfully operated ski schools, bringing a wealth of global experience to his teaching. His forte is pedagogy, focusing on how instructors learn best. Now based in Invermere, surrounded by the stunning Canadian Rockies, he continues to embrace the ever-changing mountain environment —the perfect setting to keep the heart young
The idea for the revolutionary V7 Strap was sparked by a frustrating, yet common, moment on the mountain. Watching a weary ski racer struggle with a traditional hook-and-loop strap-forced to remove their gloves in the cold just to peel the Velcro apart— was a vision that stayed with the inventor. A few sleepless nights later, the core concept was realized: design a strap that could be easily secured and released under tension while still providing superior base and edge protection to maintain the performance integrity of the ski.
Today, this Canadian-owned company is launching the new V7 Strap. Its ingenuity is already recognized, having secured a full patent in China and being Patent Pending in North America, with applications for several European countries to follow. This uniquely characterized product has since found utility across different markets. We are excited to continue developing new accessories that leverage the strap's unique design for superior storage and convenience.
